(TibetanReview.net, Sep12’26) – A book on the Dalai Lama, described as a major work that was over 20 years in the works, was launched at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi on Sep 10 evening, ahead of Chinese President’s Xi Jinping’s arrival for the BRICS summit.
Written by journalist, academic, and author Arvind Yadav, the book, Eternal Light: The Life and Legacy of the 14th Dalai Lama, traces the exile Tibetan leader’s life from his early years in Tibet to his escape to India in 1959, as well as his life in exile.
