In conversation with Chief Election Commissioner Lobsang Yeshi The preliminary elections for the Sikyong and the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will be held on February 1, followed by the final polls on April 26. As the election season gathers pace, a large number of young candidates have entered the parliamentary race, while one Sikyong candidate was barred for violating the moral code of conduct.
