Kalon Dolma Gyari Meets Honourable Kiren Rijiju to Discuss Tibetan Refugee Issues

New Delhi: Kalon (Minister) Dolma Gyari of the Department of Security under the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) met with Honourable Kiren Rijiju, India’s Minister of Minority Affairs, in New Delhi earlier this week.
