Sikyong Penpa Tsering received a warm welcome at Phuntsokling Tibetan Settlement in Odisha on the morning of 2 August 2025. He was greeted with enthusiasm and respect by community members and representatives of local Tibetan bodies, led by Settlement Officer Karma Lodoe Sangpo.
