Dharamshala: Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, the Speaker of the 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, is scheduled to attend the 37th birth anniversary commemoration of the 11th Panchen Lama at the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery based in Karnataka’s Bylakuppe Tibetan settlement on 25 April 2026.
The Speaker will depart from Dharamshala to Delhi on 22 April, and to Bangalore from Delhi on 23 April. On 24 April, the Speaker will leave for Bylakuppe and attend the event on 25 April.
