Dharamshala: In alignment with the vision of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) has developed comprehensive curricula, qualifications, and objectives to preserve and promote traditional Tibetan performing arts, with a special focus on Ache Lhamo (Tibetan Opera).
