ཚེ་རིང་གདོང་ཐོག་ལགས་ཨ་རིིའི་ཕྱི་སྲིད་ལྷན་ཁང་གི་ཟུང་དྲུང་དུ་བསྐོ་བཞག་གནང་འདུག Tsering Dhongthog, of Tibetan origin, has been appointed as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the United States Department of State ཨ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་ས་ཝ་ཤིན་ཀྲོན་དུ་གནས་ཞུགས་བོད་མི་ཚེ་རིང་གདོང་ཐོག་ལགས་ནི་ཨ་མི་རི་ཀའི་ཕྱི་སྲིད་བློན་ཆེན་ལས་ཁུངས་ཀྱི་ཟུང་དྲུང་ལ་བསྐོ་བཞག་གནང་འདུག་ཅིང་། ཁོང་གིས་ཨ་རིའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་དང་། ནུས་པ། དེ་བཞིན་ཚོང་དོན་སྲིད་བྱུས་སོགས་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་གནད་དོན་ཐོག་ཐུགས་འགན་བཞེས་གནང་གི་ཡོད་པ་རེད། ཚེ་རིང་གདོང་ཐོག་ལགས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྔ་ཨ་རིའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དཀར་པོའི་ནང་རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ལྷན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་པའི་ཕྱག་ལས་གནང་མྱོང་འདུག་པ་མ་ཟད། ཕྱི་སྲིད་ལྷན་ཁང་དུ་རྒྱ་ནག་འབྲེལ་མཐུད་ལས་ཁང་གི་སློབ་སྟོན་པའི་ཕྱག་ལས་ཀྱང་གནང་མྱོང་འདུག ཨ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་སའི་མངའ་ཁུལ་གྱི་བོད་མི་ཚོས་གནས་ཚུལ་འདི་ནི་སྤོབས་པ་སྐྱེས་དགོས་པ་ཞིག་རེད་ཟེར། Tsering Dhongthog serves as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Trade Policy and Negotiations at the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs, overseeing coordination on bilateral and multilateral trade policy, supply chains, and engagement with international economic bodies including the OECD and WTO. Previously, she served at the White House as Senior Advisor for International Trade at the National Economic Council and as Director for International Economics at the National Security Council.
