TYC launches ‘Black Hat March’ from Dharamshala to Delhi, condemning China’s new “ethnic unity” law

DHARAMSHALA, March 31: The Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC), the largest pro-independence organization in exile, on Tuesday launched a 26-day protest march titled the “Black Hat March” from Lhagyal Ri in Dharamshala to Delhi. The march commenced with the participation of 65 activists representing 20 regions across India and will conclude its first day at Sarah College for Higher Tibetan Studies.
